an outstanding city manager. Following
years of "don't take your keys out of
the car when you park at city hall",
we finally had a top administrator who
saved the city millions of dollars by
consolidating staff offices, selling
off unused properties and most
appreciated--he didn't enter into
political discussions and decisions.
He will be sorely missed by his staff
as well as residents who had the
privilege of working with him.
